Teamwork is essential if any task is to be carried out efficiently and effectively. Using British Military techniques and ex-military instructors we provide unique team building courses that deliver positive changes in both teams and individuals.

Step 1. Learn the skills you'll need from an assigned instructor

Step 2. Get stuck into our instructor led training exercises to apply what you have learnt as a team

Step 3. As a team plan and prepare the mission

Step 4. With you instructor conduct a live operation against opponents

Step 5. Evaluate your success together and understand the lessons learnt

We use Airsoft weapons and equipment that are common in Military Simulations (MilSim) around the world.

A dedicated fully qualified ex-military instructor briefs, teaches and trains participants in the first part of the course.

After training exercises are complete the instructor mentors participants in one or more realistic military style scenarios where the newly learned skills are applied.
